The Girls Rooms

We have been working on getting the girls rooms all ready for babies arrival. Gracie got her big girl room for her birthday back in March, and is loving it. We just got the babies room set up and ready a few weeks ago. So here are pics of both.

more outside fun

painting has become a favorite thing to do outside. She paints everything!! Then we play in the hose or go take a bath. This day was extremley hot so I sat up my chair and enjoyed playing in the hose as well! (yes she is wearing big girl panties, we are potty trained!!)

Gracie has watched a few too many work out videos with Aunt Dre. She has a whole leg kick/lift routine, ab crunches, and stretching too. This is the lifting weights part of the work out.

First Trip to the ER

While waiting for our cookies to bake. Gracie was playing on Daddy's back which she often does. She is our little monkey and daddy is a perfect jungle gym. She slid off of daddy's back and fell onto the marble window ledge. We heard it hit and could tell it was a bad one and it was a cry with no breathing. So I started to rub thinking it would ease the pain until I looked at my hand which then had blood on it. So after calling an ER Nurse friend and looking at it with the flashlight we headed to the ER. 1 hour and 4 staples later this was our boo boo. She did great, only cired when we had to numb it and was such a brave little girl! What a way to spend our 4th anniversary, in the ER. :)

Making Cookies

Gracie and I were making cookies for Daddy and Gracie to eat. Gracie likes to help with anything and everything these days. So I put everything in and she mixed it all up and put the cookies on the pan. I think they were the biggest cookies we've ever had. She loves to dip them in her glass of milk. Daddy's girl!!!

More Fun at Gymnastics. 6/12

This Friday we went to open gmy with some great friends. Kelly, Logan, Avery, Emma, Riley, Me (and the belly), Gracie, Tara, and Lincoln. The kids had so much fun!!

Gymnastics 6/4

We call her our monkey girl and with good reason. She climbs on everything and as you can see here had fun being a monkey at gymnastics too. On Fridays they have open gym for 1-5 year olds where they can just run around and explore all there is at gymnastics. Since I am currently unemployed and a stay at home mom we went to play at open gym and had a blast!! I am loving my time off to spend with Gracie. Gigi came along to help because I don't think my 7 month prego self could've gotten in and out of the foam pit. LOL :)

Daddy's Graduation 5/3

Daddy graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University on May 3. We are all so proud of him! He finished his degree although a little longer than expected he never gave up. Getting married, having a daughter and working full time through it all. Yeah Daddy!

Uncle Micah 4/25

Telling Uncle Micah good bye was harder this time than any before. This picture is on the fridge and Gracie sees her Uncle Micah everyday! She loves him, this shirt is her Micah shirt and she wants to wear it all the time. Uncle Micah is her hero! He is stationed on a ship right now somewhere between Spain, Greece, Africa, Afghanistan and who knows where else. Please keep Micah and the rest of his crew in your prayers. ooh-rah!

A day at the beach while Uncle Micah was home. Gracie is a little fish, she loves the water, not too big of a fan of getting sand on her. Just like her mommy!

Girls Day Out 4/18

We spent the morning getting pedicures then downtown for lunch. It was a great morning with the girls. Gigi, Aunt Dre, Aunt Tatie, and Mommy. Gracie sat so nicely while her feet were soaked, scrubbed and then painted. She is my little girly girl!

Happy Easter! 4/12

We colored Easter Eggs, but it didn't last long. Interesting at first but then a little boring to sit and wait. All dressed up for Easter Sunday. Uncle Micah was home for pre-deployment leave. Gracie got a bunny in her easter basket at Nana and Poppas house. His name is Hunny Bunny. Gracie named him herself. She feeds him every morning and checks on him every afternoon. She loves her Hunny Bunny!
